The shampoo is a MUST. I have used these same product for at least 10 years and recommend it highly. OSIS is a good substitute when I am not able to get Matrix. Good Luck. **Q: Where can I find list of ingredients? Should be on selling page, but I can’t find them.** A: They’re listed on label on reverse of the bottle. **Q: Does this work on thick heavy hair?** A: I have used this product for years and found it to be one of the best on the market for volume lift, without any stickiness. I have fine hair but quite a lot of it and it gives me excellent lift , so I can’t see why it would not work with heavier hair. You may need to apply a little bit more than I would. **Q: Do you use it on dry hair?** A: Can be used on damp or dry hair according to instructions. Didnt see any difference really in root lift but i do feel my hair looks and feels thicker. The hair didnt have a sticky residue feeling to it and you could put your fingers through your hair without any tangles in it. Would buy again as its the best i have tried so far.
