Works great for bobber fishing for panfish. **Q: how many come in a jar?** A: A lot. I actually cut them in half and use them as halves, so it makes the jar go even further. Like another person said, I have been using them for a year and still have over half a jar left. They will typically stay on the hook for 2-3 fish, so you get pretty good use out of them. **Q: Can these worms be used for potted plants to increase soil fertility?** A: I believe they would work great if the plants are fake.
