This cover went on pretty snug, but not impossible. I needed to adjust the alignment once and it took some small incremental pushes and pulling. I noticed some very minor give in certain spots where the rubber inner can’t really grab the bumps on the wheel. My 4/5 rating is for that. I’m hoping this will eventually tighten up over a couple weeks or sooner. If not, and if it remains a little “gappy,” I will remove it and apply a DIY hand-sewn option. UPDATE: 2 days later- my concern about the minor gap has been rectified. The entire cover now fits nice a snug on the steering wheel, and it does not seem to have any weird side effects from being in the hot car in the sun. The color is perfect for my interior choice of colors and I cannot say anything bad about this.
