The item was fine. Disappointingly the delivery was slightly delayed. This seems to happen a lot when the seller uses Evri rather than Amazon to deliver.

2nd time buying these. Convenient store and removal from the box (like wet wipes!). Not had one faulty bag. Good enough for most tasks and they are sold as medium duty which I think is accurate. Have no doubt hubby will ask me to get him another box in due course. He uses them for round the garden, so for taking lawn clippings to tip etc. Given it 5 stars as can’t pick a fault!

Strong bags

No real problems, just not quite the thickness I was hoping for. It's hard to tell from photos!

I’ve bought these bags a few times now always been great thick bin bags. My most recent purchase however the bags are thin I can see through them. Rip easily. Very disappointed.

I’ve brought these bin liners several times before over the last few years and I’ve always been very happy with them, hence I always made sure that I reordered exactly the same bags from the same sellers by using the “buy again” option within the “my orders” section of Amazon. This time I was sadly disappointed with the bag quality for the first time ever as they looked different and more flimsy to what I was delivered before. I had a few bags left over from my previous order so I decided to compare the old bags to the new ones to see what the difference was. The old bags were a shiny black plastic whereas the new bags were more of a dark grey satin/more mat finish. Also the new bags felt a lot thinner than the old ones. Unfortunately when I stared to use the new bags to take household waste to the tip some of the bags tore and split open. I had to carry the bags with my arms around the bottom of the filled bags to support them whereas before I’ve been able to hold the bags by the knot which I tied at the top to seal the bags. If I tried to carry the new bags by the knot then they tore because the plastic didn’t seem strong enough to hold the weight of the contents. I made sure that I didn’t overfill the bags either as I knew that I would struggle to lift them. Overall I’m disappointed for the first time since ordering these bags. I’m now having to double them up by placing one bag within another before I use them so this means that I will only get half the usage/number of usable bags. Next time I will order different black bin liners from a different seller and hope that they are a better quality and more like my previous orders. It’s a shame as the product quality seems to have gone down a lot but the price remained the same and I’m wondering why this has happened? I’m hoping that the seller has just used a different manufacturer/supplier without realising that the quality was inferior instead of thinking that they were trying to cut costs and increase their profits with a cheaper product that they thought the customer wouldn’t notice. It’s such a shame when something you have relied on and trusted then let’s you down without warning.
