I bought some following a mumsnet swears by recommendation.Previously I used Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser, before moving onto Decleor Cleansing Milk. I don't use either now.Cetaphil does contain parabens, which I used to avoid after some vague news of potential health risks of these cosmetic preservatives. After a bit of research I found these claims were actually overblown so do not worry that some of my products contain them.I have combination skin and this stuff keeps it balanced. It doesn't dry it out and I don't suffer break outs like I did before using it.This is my third bottle so I'm definitely a fan and my husband and our teenage son now use it.If you're thinking of trying it I'd say go for it, you can always switch back to your usual skincare routine if it's not for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Have used for 20 years, love this product *by S***Y on 29 February 2012* Cetaphil is a must have for me and have used it for 20 years now. It doesn't strip you skin of essential oils, doesn't dry your skin out. Clears up spots and keeps your skin moisturized and healthy. I only put two items on my face, this to wash and the lotion for moisturizer. I have clear healthy skin. If and when I run out, I get break outs and dry skin. I can't live without it. Very expensive in this country however, only $11.00 for the big bottle in Canada, here is very over priced, but can't live without, so catch 22.
