When I finished rinsing I saw the roots ... *by D***Y on 12 August 2017* WOW! Wowee! I bought this over a week ago and have been looking at it constantly since then. What if it goes green? What if it goes orange? What if all my hair falls out? I’m 52, natural colour is medium/dark blonde (sometimes “mouse”). Over the years I’ve home dyed and then had asalon rescues. The last salon rescue was about 2014 - Aveda salon. The last visit they fried my hair.... so I’m looking at my slightly green highlighted locks.... my face disappears and I’m kind of neutral everything with grey temples (which I’ve had forever). I NEED some oomph! Any kind of oomph and I’m willing to risk it all.I got it! Oh my. Bear in mind that sections of my “fried” salon hair needed tangle teasers after the Aveda salon colour. So I just did it (I’m not recommending this, but.. well I did).My light caramel brown (6-68) is amazing. When I finished rinsing I saw the roots and they looked orange - they weren’t thank goodness! There was a bit of breakage under the shower head, but that kind of feels like some thing that should happen (the salon frying coming away). So I wrap up my hair and “do” my new face before drying. So, so, SO happy with this. I’m early 50s and I look like a teenager (well almost). I am going to buy the conditioner and treatment that came with this product - you can get them on subscribe & save on amazon.If in doubt - you have to do it. It’s lifted my complexion and given me some new confidence. How can your hair change who you are? I don’t know but it just did.
