Bulk Creatine HCL Powder, 500 g

I must admit that I was a bit sceptical about the gastrointestinal claims about creatine hcl, namely that it doesn't cause any bloating and discomfort; but I've been using it for almost a month now and it is unbelievably easy on my stomach! Honestly, all the problems I had with creatine monohydrate are gone.The taste? Well, it tasted like vomit for a few days... it was so terrible, I couldn't stop laughing while consuming it :) But after a week, I got so used to it that it actually tastes OK now (I like sour drinks).Thank you, Bulk people!

This is the third bag that I have purchased. The first two had no distinctive smell and didn't have any real distinctive taste. This third bag smells of chemicals or detergent and tastes like it too. I reached out to Bulk who were really not interested that their product may not be fit for human consumption and instead told me to contact Amazon as it was purchased through them. All Amazon want to do is replace or refund. I would proceed with caution purchasing this product as something is not right.

I heard that it tasted awful, which it doesn't, IF you know what to expect.Most people automatically assume either a neutral or sweet taste, but this HCL is a taste equivalent to sour lemon/lime.On my second dose I was ready for it - no problem. But that first uninitiated dose, wow... like a super sour sweet.

Got this because monohydrate seemed to bloat me. Had a bit of a shock when first tasted it. The only thing I can compare it to is salt that’s soaked in pure lemon juice. But as long as I mix it with lots of water it’s fine. I put 1/2 scoop in my water bottle and 1/2 in my clear whey protein shake. Haven’t noticed a bit change in strength yet but probably need to saturate it first.

Avoid ! Worst creatine ever , horrible Salt taste , wasn’t expecting it as I’ve taken creatine for years but this was shockingly bad , waste of money !

Tastes absolutely rancid... I've tried it with multiple different drinks but still tastes vile, unless u have a strong stomach for bitter/salty tastes i would find another.. problem is... there doesn't seem to be many creatine hcl options

Ich verfasse sehr selten eine Rezension auf Amazon, aber: Hier das nicht zu tun, wäre unterlassene Hilfeleistung!!!VORSICHT!!Bei der ersten Einnahme fielen mir der extreme Geschmack auf, aber darum geht es ja hier nicht, Monohydrat schmeckt auch nicht gerade gut.Innerhalb von Minuten gibt es Hitzewallungen. Nach ein paar Tagen Einnahme eines halben Messlöffels täglich (ca 1,6g), traten bei mir extremer Durchfall auf, wie ich es in meinem Leben noch nicht erlebt hatte. Sowie Mandel und Kopfschmerzen. Es traten regelrechte Vergiftungserscheinungen auf. Ich dachte zunächst es läge an etwas anderem, ich dachte ich hätte ich mich mit C. infiziert oder eine Lebensmittelvergiftung.Habe sofort abgesetzt, nach zwei Tagen waren alle Beschwerden weg.Nun habe ich 2-3 Wochen gewartet und erneut angefangen das Produkt zu nehmen.Das Ergebnis: Exakt wie beim ersten mal, nur die Beschwerden kamen diesmal noch schneller (!).Das ganze habe ich noch ein DRITTES Mal versucht.Und jetzt - jetzt liegt das Zeug im Müll, wo es hingehört!Den Hersteller müsste man zur Rechenschaft ziehen und auf Körperverletzung verklagen. UNFASSBAR. Ich weiß nicht was hier drin ist, aber es ist nicht nur Creatin, das steht fest.Es schmeckt nach Chemie, es ist Chemie. Wahrscheinlich sind irgendwelche Chemikalienrückstände drin. Ein unabhängiges Labor muss dies dringend prüfen.Fazit:"Wer billig kauft...."Ich werde ein weiteres HCL Produkt von einem Markenhersteller probieren. Ansonsten... mit Creatin Monohydrat kann man nichts falsch machen.Dieses Produkt ist NICHT zu empfehlen, wem seine Gesundheit heilig ist.Der eine Stern ist für die Kraftsteigerung, eigentlich würde ich 0/5 geben wenn es möglich wäre. Ich gehe fast davon aus, dass die Kraftsteigerung ein Placebo war, denn bei meiner zweiten und dritten Einnahme hatte ich keine Kraftsteigerung. Ich trainiere mit Trainingslogbuch, Ernährungsplan mit ausgewogener gesunder Ernährung.

Produkt ist genau nach Beschreibung.Für mich ist eine Einnahme von 5gr täglich optimal.Ich empfehle das Pulver in ACE-Saft oder Traubensaft zu lösen und dann zu trinken, da pur das Pulver aufgrund des Salzgeschmackes ungenießbar ist.

Vorweg: Der Geschmack ist brutal und absolut ekelhaft. Das liegt aber an der HCL Komponente.Nachdem wir das jetzt aus dem Weg geräumt haben, je es schmeckt widerlich, aber darum geht es meines Erachtens nicht bei Creatin HCL, es soll wirken, dies tut es.Ich bin von Creatin Monohydrat auf Creatin HCL umgestiegen weil ich Verdauungsprobleme von Monohydrat bekomme. Mit diesem Supplement hier bekomme ich diese nicht, allerdings muss man sich zwingen es zu trinken.Das Creatin wirkt hervorragend, positiver Nebeneffekt ist das es bei Creatin HCL nicht zur unschönen Wassereinlagerung unter der Haut kommt, man sieht also nicht aufgedunsen aus. hervorragend!Aus meiner Sicht kann ich jedem der Probleme hat mit normalem Creatin die HCL variante empfehlen.
