It's well known that disease and illness can not survive in alkaline environments so I use these drops to help keep my system in balance and keep my PH alkaline. These are so easy to use and you simply drop directly into water. They fit in my purse and I take them every where and simply drop into water and herbal teas especially when I know it's tap water which is often acidic. Yes easy to use and no nasty flavour, but it doesn’t actually make the water alkaline. I used pH strips to test, and you need to use 10 drops in a glass (not quart as suggested) to get it anywhere near alkaline
