**Q: What size is medium**
A: My measurements were  larger than the medium, thinking it would be a tighrter fit, but in fact it was not. I was very disappointed, not worth the money. Would not recommend

**Q: Do they fit left and right hand?**
A: Hello. No not really. There are braces for either the left or the right hand.

**Q: how do you find out what sixe you require**
A: On the product description on Amazon it gives the wrist circumference for size small so if your wrist is larger than what they say then you would be a large i guess. Very pleased with mine, comfortable and flexible gives light support.

**Q: how do you measure to find what size you require**
A: I have a medium size hand ,so ordered medium
