He doesn't have hundreds of pounds to spend so we were looking around the £60 - £80 range.We love NZXT stuff so when this popped up on a "like new" warehouse deal we did some quick research and bought it.Very good value for money especially as a Warehouse deal. The microphone itself is quite light but with the metal stand attached has a good weight to it so overall feels heavy. It's small but it looks great, very simple design. As we got it out of the box my son described it as "that's clean", which is a good thing. It connects to the computer with a regular USB A plug and at the mic end connects underneath via USB C. It also has a 3.5mm mic/headphone jack and on the bottom in the middle a regular female threaded mount for a boom arm.It sounds great too.
