Great little work table!
This is my third Pony portable folding work table. I have used the two I have with great regularity for at least a couple of years now. Most of my saws and power equipment are mounted on wheeled stands. I roll them outside for much of my work so I don’t need to worry too much about dust and dust control. The Pony tables are my outdoor work benches. I secure boards to them that I want to use my router on and sometimes use them to place longer boards on for quick crosscuts that are awkward for one person to manage on a table saw. I like that they come with clamps and a few bench dogs (you can never have too many clamps) that you can store on the table. Very useful! They are tough! I’ve used the first and second ones a LOT and they are still solid and strong. I only got another one to add to the lineup, not because the older ones are getting worn. And placed side by side on a concrete slab they make for a nice sized outdoor workbench that can be quickly put up and taken down. They are VERY easy and simple to set up and folded they take up very little room in the shop. The height is readily adjustable, also quick and simple to do while providing a 10 inch range from 25 inches to 35 inches. Just to add some numbers, you see in the pics that three of these folded up take up about 3.7 sq.ft. of floor space. They unfold together into just over 16 sq.ft., a nice sized work area. Once folded, they are well out of the way and out of my path through the shop. These Pony folding work tables are among my favorite items in the shop and get a great deal of use. The price has varied over time (imagine that) but for the quality of what you get, the price is a bargain! I heartily recommend these work tables!

Excellent workbench. Pony-Joregenson has become one of my favorite woodworking support tools!
I love everything about this workbench. The versatility of the clamps and bench dogs are second to none. I have a Pony sawhorse so I knew I was going to love this. I love the fact that there are multiple areas to attach bench dogs and clamps. It certainly makes it easy to create a fence to work against. It’s well built and sturdy to boot. The table does lock in place so it isn’t going to collapse on you. If I would make a couple of suggestions for Pony/Jorgenson, I would find a way to make it less heavy but given the sturdiness of it I can understand why. It’s not a big deal but might be for some if they are transporting it. Second, it would be nice if they could make the adjustable legs a Iittle bit longer. I am a tall person so a few more inches would make a huge difference. However it is not a huge deal breaker. I think this is the best workbench I have used (except for the taller one I built for myself out of wood 😉) If you’re on the fence but you are looking for a strong, sturdy and reliable workbench, just go ahead and pick this up. I can’t guarantee you won’t love it but if you are looking for items like I mentioned and don’t mind the small minuses I mentioned you should be happy with it.

Very useful to have in a small work place. Multifunction use is very satisfying.
Great table love the feature and the leg adjustment. Very sturdy and multi functional use. This was a great purchase and very mobile and easy to put away.

Awesome, strong well made work bench! 10/10
So I just got this work bench today, I was messing around in my brain which one to buy and ended up with this one, adjustable legs, dog hole bench stops, 4 clamps? you can't really beat the value of this product for the price! so picking this item over any others was an easy choice, also I trust the Pony name which helped my choice. I opened it right away and while they gave you detail instructions how to open it up and set it all together I didn't need them it is pretty much self explained, don't put your fingers in the moving parts and avoid pinching! But if needed they are there for you to review but it was again very easy to set up. I will say this! it is very sturdy but WOW it does got little more weight then I expected to it! which is good because it feels like a high quality item and everything locks in place very nicely and it feels like it will last a good long while before needed to be replaced. While I have a work bench this just adds the little extra work space I need in my small shop and if anyone else needs a work bench that feels like a work horse this is a great buy! Oh also it folds nicely and tucks away into storage spot with each, 10/10 from me! Once I got it I made a small little shelf for my wife out of teak, making cuts, clamping it down, and working on this table was a breeze to I moved it to my other table for the finishing sanding details! see photo for little tired shelf I made!

Everything you need…
This is the best folding work table. Many ways to use for projects and jobs to complete. The clamps 2 long ones and 2 short ones are good and holds the wood together. The dawgs are very durable and easy to position to hold the boards. Multiple folding ways to support your project and the best of all is the adjustable heights for your level of working. From 25” to 35” for your project without hurting your back while working on your projects. And light enough for transport and slim enough to put away. I really recommend this for your projects. Easy to put out.

Great table with a few flaws and weak points
For the most part, I love these tables (I bought two of them). They are mostly well thought out and generally high quality. If you're looking at buying these, I assume you already understand the use case, so I'll focus instead on the few complaints I have just so people can go in with calibrated expectations. 1. The catches that the metal table supports snap into for collapsing the table are a bit too effective, such that it is far more challenging to snap in or pull out than it should be. 2. The legs do not extend simultaneously or necessarily completely when I pull on the release levers/buttons/whatever you want to call them. Typically, only one leg will extend and I'll have to pull the other leg down manually. Sometimes, I have to finish pulling a leg the rest of the way out. I will say, though, that is very nice being able to adjust the height and I consider it worth the slight hassle. Also, it is worth mentioning that the table is very stable no matter how extended the legs are. 3. I really liked how the big clamps could be stored on the "shelf" below, until one of the fastening clips broke and it would no longer hold the clamp. Ultimately, I decided it didn't really matter because I prefer to have the clamps always available for use without having to drag the table out to get to them. I have just stopped storing the clamps on the tables and keep them with the rest of my clamps. 4. There are holes to store the bench dogs when not in use, which is nice. But the large bench dogs are too tall to be stored on the table when folded if you want to squeeze the table into a tight spot. They just stick out too much. I store the tables next to each other in a space just big enough for them, so I had to find somewhere else to store the large bench dogs. 5. The silicone clips that are meant to hold the table together when closed come unclipped way to easily. Yes, I know they didn't actually clip, but I don't know what other word to use to describe it. 6. They really should have put the height markings on all 4 legs. Sometimes it's hard to know if I have the unmarked leg extended to the same length and I have had to fix a leg length to get them all the same. It would be a lot easier if the markings were there. With all that said, I still really like this work table. It is a fantastic way to expand my work space on demand and brings functionalities to my small workshop that I otherwise wouldn't have.

A great table, and some comparisons to the Worx Pegasus table
I've used this for a few months now on several smallish projects. I've used it for sawing, sanding, routing, painting/staining, and just general this and that. Overall I'm very pleased with the table. I also purchased a Worx Pegasus table, but opted to give that away as I liked the Pony just a bit more. Most of this review will contrast the two, so hopefully that's useful. The Pony's positives really add up. I'm tall (6' 5") so the extending legs are great (the Worx is fixed at 30ish inches I believe, whereas this goes +/- about 3 inches from there). The metal bar is slightly inconvenient compared to the Worx, but feels sturdier once set up (and the manufacturer weight limits support that, 500 lbs vs 300 lbs); I've stood on the table and it was absolutely fine. I would have hesitated doing that with the Worx; the ease of setup is great, but sturdiness is the price. The bottom shelf of the Pony is also noticeably sturdier than that of the Worx. The underside of the Pony seems more even and somewhat better for clamping (though both have limitations on this score). And the Pony has quite a few more holes for clamping flexibility. But the clamps! Just clearly better, particularly the medium-duty ones (the light-duty clamps are just that; still quite useful but you can feel they won't stand up to much force). On the negative side, the Worx has a nice full length metal groove that can be used as a saw channel (it's really for the Worx clamps). It runs the whole width, and is far enough from the edge that you can use either part of the table to clamp your work piece. The Pony has a much smaller groove that doesn't run the whole width, so you basically have to run your saw just off the edge of the table. Other minor things include the possibility of pinching your fingers (both on the assembly and the breakdown). The Worx is a little better/safer on this score, but really you just have to be mindful. The rubbery closing straps make the Pony more of a "single unit" to move around (with the Worx, the table arms will extend a bit); I prefer the Pony here but it's no big deal either way. Connecting two tables is built-in on the Worx, but a small clamp or two (and hey, it comes with them) under the Pony does the same thing so it's just slightly less convenient. Overall I think they're both great tables. The Pony is beefier and when you factor in the clamps, it feels like the higher-quality one, but then it's also more expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent Build Quality Delighted Me
I am totally "wowed" by the build quality of this workbench. And the design features are so helpful. For example, the dog holes have edges that are "eased" which I was not expecting. My first impression of the unit was how solid it is. I plan to temporarily mount a small 4" bench vice with its own base and I have no concerns about doing that or doing some light hammering or metalworking. This unit is a beast. I really appreciate the extendable legs and the 30" height is perfect for me and could raise it up to 35" for fine detail work if needed. Highly recommended. I regret that it is made in China but that is the only downside for me. The Jorgensen clamps are very high quality. Overall, this unit is perfect for my small garage workshop as it will fold up and store without taking up much space.

One of the Best Most Versatile Portable Worktables Out There!
The Pony 2-in-1 Portable Work Table is an amazing addition to a workshop that has limited space or for use at a jobsite. I wish that I had bought one much earlier. I am coming from a 40 year old B&D workmate 400, and this table has made setup, clamping and all round woodworking so much easier. The four Jorgensen clamps are outstanding quality and can be used with or without the table. In conjunction with the supplied wood dogs, you can clamp just about anything, anywhere on the surface of the table. The large clamps store on the lower table shelf, and the new version has no peg sticking up on one end, so the clamps seat easily unlike an earlier version that people had problems with. Both the supplied clamps and my Bessy clamps can be inserted into any of the standard ¾ inch dog holes throughout the table surface to clamp items in a vertical manner. The table sets up quickly once you get the knack of it. From fully collapsed, always step on the bottom foot of the 4 legs and pull up to set the desired height on all legs at once. The variable height is most helpful for different tasks. Having said that, I usually keep the legs set at my standard height and don’t collapse them each time I put the table away - one less step for setup. The rubber straps for keeping the table collapsed are now screwed in at one end, so there is no chance for misplacing them. In collapsed mode, it is very easy to move the table around - light enough to carry, but heavy enough to be stable when working. Once set up, the table is very stable - no rocking on a level surface. On uneven surfaces each of the four legs can be set at different heights for better stability, something which most other portable work tables can’t do. I read and watched a lot of reviews of worktables before making this purchase and I think this is one of the best. I have found the Pony Portable Worktable to be an extremely versatile choice for all around woodworking. I would buy it again without a moment‘s hesitation. A truly great product!
