I wash my hair daily after swimming,but my hair remains healthy. **Q: Does this work if you only use the shampoo? Or do you need to use the conditioner as well?** A: I only use the shampoo and love the this product! **Q: In description it says Damaged** A: Not sure of your question. I’ve used many Avada hair products for over 20 years. My hair now is white and I use Blue Mavala because it gives me a beautiful silver sheen. I can’t answer as to damaged hair because I’ve never used it for this use. The conditioner I leave on for up to 25 minutes depending on what shade of white I want. You might want to look at other shampoos from Avada, Camomile etc, over the years I’ve use many for my hair type and have loved them all. Both my daughters use these shampoos to they are brilliant for sore or sensitive scalps and other hair and scalp problems.
