This is a great letter opener. It easily cuts through the flaps of envelopes and is a boon for someone fed-up with trying to open letters with a finger! It arrived well packed and speedily. Great buy!

Works perfectly to open letters. I used it everyday for 18 months in my old job and it never broke so it is a very durable and sturdy design. It still works after the 18 months. It is the perfect design, weight and size to open letters easily.

This letter opener with soft grip works great and is very comfortable to hold. It opens envelopes quickly and smoothly without tearing the paper. The soft grip makes it easy to use, and the quality feels durable. A simple but very useful desk tool!

After I managed to damage our old opener this has proved to be a handy replacement with a good ergonomically soft grip handle.
