## Description

Philips LongLife EcoVision H7 12972LLECOS2 Headlight Bulb Kit with 2 Bulbs : desertcart.co.uk: Automotive

Review: Great bulbs - Fitted these Philips EcoVision bulbs and instantly felt like I’d levelled up my car to “actually see the road” mode. The brightness is crisp without blinding innocent wildlife, and the beam is clean enough that I started spotting potholes I swear weren’t there before. Installation was easy — no swearing, no losing skin off my knuckles, just a quick click and done. They fired up instantly and make my old headlights look like they’d been running on candle power before. They’re meant to last longer too, which is great because I’m done with bulbs that burn out faster than my motivation on Monday mornings. If you want headlights that actually light things up properly without costing a fortune, these are brilliant.
Review: They work fine and save a little fuel - These bulbs are the same brightness as ordinary headlight bulbs but use a little less energy. (15% less? I bought these a good six months ago and I forget the exact figures but I did test these on an ammeter and found the manufacturers are telling the truth about their energy consumption.) Surprisingly, this does mean they will save a useful amount of fuel and therefore will pay for themselves, even if they don't last as long as they claim. (In contrast, bulbs which burn slightly brighter than normal - or with a slightly 'whiter' or even 'bluer' light than normal - will use the same amount of power as the normal cheap ones but will tend to burn out significantly sooner as they run hotter internally.) I decided last year to fit LED bulbs in my car where I could, mainly in order to minimise energy use and therefore maximise mpg. That was quite a project, as it turned out. Not as easy as I thought it would be, and not cheap either. It's done now, and I'm happy that my car's lighting is as good or better than it was in all respects and uses less fuel than it did. LED's also never burn out (unless there is something wrong with them) so it should be safer too, with no unexpectedly blown tail lights or brake lights. However, the amount of energy saved by simply switching to these EcoVision headlight bulbs is about the same as the total saving I made by changing all those smaller bulbs to LED's. Well worthwhile.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will these fit a 2003 Landrover discovery diesel?**
A: You will need to enter your registration into the parts checker either on Amazon or Halfords to check which bulb you require. Alternatively give your car dealer a call and ask them which type of bulb is required and for which position on the vehicle.

**Q: Will these fit a 2014 corsa**
A: Headlights high and low beam are H7 bulbs so yes this will fit.

**Q: Are these white or yellow beam**
A: White

**Q: Will this fit a Vauxhall Zafira B 2019?**
A: No idea, but by all accounts there is a parts checker at halfords, if you put in your registration number it will check if this part would fit. We bought it for a Ford transit so not sure if it is just a universal type bulb?
