Be careful! - I severely underestimated how quickly and effectively these would work and naively took one a day for about 4 days until I realised I was wide awake with so much adrenaline innme at night, i felt i could run a marathon at 2am! It certainly took my body out of parasympathetic mode. I could never switch off, there were afternoons where I could feel the artery in my neck pulsing because of blood flow. I realise these have to be taken with great caution to the body's response. For me, these cannot be taken daily. But they do work. As a woman, I now only take 1 after my cycle is finished and that's it for the month. These work quickly and last a few weeks for me in the effect.
