The free software you can download from CME for this unit to program it is very easy to use and understand. I love being able to set up presets in order to have my keyboard control one or another of my tone modules, or to have the computer send a midi clock out to everything. The routing can be done in any combination. It's very versatile. I didn't need any special drivers, just plug & play. My DAW recognized it immediately. It took just a few moments to set up and get going. I absolutely love this little unit, and I haven't even explored all its uses yet. I suppose it has its limitations, since there is only 3 in and 3 out, but for my set up it's perfect.
