Have read warning via WHO and other health officials about reverse osmosis being bad for you because it depreciates the water from magnesium and is known as dead spring water. Was hoping that this company would guide me to change this issue, though it's been a month following no communication from my 3 emails. Also, this was advertised as being located in the EU, however the product is in the US. If I want to return the item it will cost me postage and it's a huge package.
