Watch Davina McCall menopause documentary - this type of HRT is extremely safe. You will feel back to yourself in less than a month and not look back. **Q: Can you take these when you are on HRT patches?** A: Don't know, but don't see why not. I was on patches for 5 years then came off. Symptoms all came flying back so tried these. They're OK but not as good as patches. Still have night sweats even with these. **Q: are these good for helping to regulate the nervous system?** A: Yes defiantly **Q: What does this actually do?** A: Menopace max is a comprehensive list of vitamins and minerals including several ingredients claiming to help with menopause symptoms (eg red clover, soya etc). I found the tablets helpful but taking the ordinary menopace (not the max) together with femarelle recharge was even better.
