Yes, I highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality, poor usability *by K***Y on July 26, 2015* I'm used to my Dunlop CryBaby Bass Wah, so that's my basis for comparison. It's metal, heavy, sturdy, big, spring-loaded, and has an automatic engage switch built into the heel (so as soon as you start using the pedal, it engages, and as soon as you release the pedal it automatically springs back to rest position and disengages). Super easy. By comparison, this Zoom pedal is equally well-built, not as heavy, not as big, not spring-loaded, and contains no built-in engage/disengage switch. I have big feet (men's USA size 13), and this pedal is a bit too short to be comfortable. My toe hangs off the front edge and sommetimes knocks into the cable that plug into that end of the unit, which makes me worry a bit about putting repeated mechanical stress on that jack/plug. Zoom really should revise this product to be about 2 inches longer. The lack of spring-loading makes sense, I guess, if you plan to use this as a "set-it-and-forget-it" type controller (for example, to set volume). But for something like wah, that makes zero sense. The ideal multi-function design would be for the patch settings to control whether the pedal should be spring-loaded or not, and for some kind of electro-mechanical widget inside the pedal to toggle the physical behavior of the pedal as needed for the given patch. Secondly, the lack of a built-in engage/disengage switch is totally unforgiveable. To use this as a wah or to control any other effect, you have to first engage that effect using a separate switch on the Zoom multi-effect unit itself, then use the pedal, and then remember to hit that separate switch again when you're done. At the very least, Zoom should issue a firmware update for it multi-effect units that allows the user to define a "minimum threshold value" that the pedal must exceed to cause the effect to engage, and that disengages the effect when the pedal rocks back under that threshold.
