Although I had a problem with these bulbs I have to say that the Customer Service from Winsee was excellent and the problem was recrified. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not as long life as expected *by R***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 March 2019* Bought these 10th Jan 2018, it's now 1st March 2019.In terms of light they are good, but in terms of 20000 hours, we've already binned 1 and these two have been like this for about 3 weeks now, but they are now unavailable to buy so I can't replace them so will have to buy others. ### ⭐ No wonder they are no longer available *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2019* Bought in November 2017. I now have 2 left. Useless things and an utter waste of money. Supposed to have a 2 year warranty - but no clue how you would ever claim.
