I can usually eat a yoghurt in about 6 mouthfuls - see pictures - Using the Litebite spoon it took 20 mouthfuls! The fork is brilliant too, no more shovelling and only about half the size of a normal fork. I found I was eating smaller amounts and enjoying my food more. They’d work for slimmers and people watching their weight too. Highly recommended.

The small knife, fork and spoon more than matched my expectations. I was search for a way to slow down my eating and control my portions and these fit the bill perfectly. Using this cutlery felt like I was using grown up cutlery of a very good quality but taking much smaller mouthfuls. I filled up quicker! I can usually eat a yoghurt in about 6 mouthfuls - see pictures - Using the Litebite spoon it took 20 mouthfuls! The fork is brilliant too, no more shovelling and only about half the size of a normal fork. I found I was eating smaller amounts and enjoying my food more.
