The leaflet that comes with it suggests you'll be able to cook frozen pizza on it; that would need to be a small pizza. Also, if I was being picky, the recipe/ information booklet isn't very detailed or informative. However, it is a serious piece of kit. Get one, get one now, before I buy them all! My first one arrived today and hopefully the second will arrive tomorrow...then we'll see how many I feel I need. Unlike all the other things I have bought to cook healthy chips in the oven (straight from potato to rack to plate, no parboiling or drying or cutting bits of parchment required!)
