Great Watch Ar A Good Price.
I think the first thing to say is that this is not an expensive watch. It is a Casio though, so we know that it is going to work for ever and a day without any problems. I have a Casio G Shock watch that is stylishly rugged, but the design of the hands and face make it a bit hard to tell the time at a glance. This watch has no digital display and very visible hands; this makes it simplicity itself to tell the time without having to actually study the watch face. The numerals are also really large and bold. One thing I like about this watch is the way it feels on the wrist. Until recently I have been wearing an expensive Nite watch, but it never felt quite 'right' when worn. The face kept on slipping around my wrist, away from my line of sight, no matter how tight the strap was kept. When I got this watch out of the box and put it on, it felt totally right. It sits in exactly the correct place on my wrist without having the strap too tight. Of course, your wrist may not be the same shape and size as mine, but it must be said that rarely has a watch felt instantly comfortable when first wearing it. The strap is generous in length. My wrist is large, but there is still plenty of the strap's end to tuck into the keeper. This will be my everyday watch, as it is inexpensive and it does not matter at all if it becomes damaged. It looks rugged, isn't too bulky, and appears to be more expensive than it is. I highly recommend it.

Very good not-G-Shock!
A budget alternative to the G-Shock, and probably just as shock-resistant - has the look of a top of the range G, but doesn't have the weight, unnecessary features (I don't need an altimeter or compass...) or cost - and it DOES have a setting crown which many high-end G's don't - having owned a G-Shock G-100 (or is that W-100, I forget), I can tell you a setting crown is a good thing... the only thing I'm not keen on is the strap, but I can probably replace that (lug width is a strange 16mm...). I like it!

Nice watch
Really nice watch. Not as heavyweight as the usual casio edifice range. It has a clear bright analogue face, with luminous hands, second hand dial and a flexible strap. It is a very good inexpensive watch and ideal as a gift.

Value for Money !
Very good value and to date keeping excellent time. The claimed luminescence is actually not that great but the watch is very light and comfortable to wear. Whilst it has fewer gizmos than the average G Shock model I would say it ranks very favourably alongside mist models but at a much lower price.

Great for day use, but flawed in the luminosity department
This is a chunky, tough watch that has a super clear face and is water resistant to 100m. I really like the design. Case is about 13mm thick. It's very light so no problem to wear all day if required. It's billed as a XL size watch but it's actually exactly the same width as a regular Casio 'tough solar' watch I have, so it's not really that big. Stopwatch measures in 1 second intervals up to 30mins, so quite limited. My only gripe with this watch is the luminosity at night. The appearance of the watch suggests it will be very easy to read at night with large luminous splodges, but in fact it is virtually impossible to read at night with only the minute and hour hands having any luminous paint on them, and even those are not good. It's basically the least luminous watch I have. So in summary a fine daily wear, but don't expect to read it in the dark.

Excellent
A brilliant watch that came within a week. It fits my wrist well and doesn't sweat much while playing sports. After being exposed to light for a short period of time, the hands glow. The left and bottom dials are useful as they are both for the stopwatch although the right hand side watch isn't that useful as it says the time of day in a 24-hour format. This watch was an excellent watch! Would highly recommend.

Pass
Oh, my days, Casio what have you done. In the flesh, this looks like a very cheap and nasty watch from the pound shop. Hugely disappointed sent it back in five mins.

Satisfait .
