From that day when I started to wear this knee support, I gradually regained the movement of the injured knee. And as it healed the confidence in normal walking was growing too. On the third week from an incident I returned to my volleyball activities ... wow...! (Take it very easy folks! Plenty of support and stability. Wore it for two hours walking downhill recently, Wicklow in December about 8 - 9 degrees. Knee felt totally supported and could forget about knee for a while. But when I took it off it was WET from sweat. Very wet. And therefore itchy. Why can't they make one with the back of the knee exposed?
