I keep mine on my bedside table at the ambient temperature of my bedroom. Like for any roll-on, stand it 'upside-down' so that the liquid inside is always on the rollerball. Some of my friends who use it say it feels cold for a while - gives the sensation of to them using an ice pack. The cold sensation does not last very long. **Q: i used this today. inside this it feels like there is liquid. is that how it is? or is it just mine?** A: Inside is a liquid gell, green in colour, which you can apply to parts of your body. Bio Freeze is also available in a spray as well although the roll-on is great for necks, shoulders and backs. It is also good for headaches. They are £10 in my local shop. Now I can be liberal with my applications! I find biofreeze very effective for my back and joint pain, I even apply it to my feet. I really suffer when the weather turns cold and these roll-ons will help me to get through the winter. I used to use the spray but I found it wasteful and I could not apply it to my own back but the roll on works even upside down after a bit of a shake first.
