Planning a trip would like to know how many canisters it would take for a week....** A: I recently took a 3 day 2 night trip with this stove and a single 110 gram canister. I Used it to make breakfast 2 cups water in a Mountain House scrambled eggs with bacon and 2 large cups of coffee. Then dinner was very similar. So I used it 4 times to boil about 4 cups of water each time. I still had enough fuel left for a couple more meals. Use a windscreen, a wide base pot like an Imusa .9 quart grease pot. I would think a single 230 to 250 gram canister would be enough. If you want to have a backup use an alcohol stove. I do regardless. **Q: How adjustable is the heat?** A: Very adjustable. You can turn it up full (rocket) or turn it down for a nice simmer. **Q: What is the smallest pot diameter this stove will hold? I have a small pot that is only 3.5" in diameter and think it may not be stable. Thanks** A: Measuring tip to tip on the supportsame is 4 1/8 inches. I wouldn't go smaller than 3.5 but I think you're good. Make certain the stove is on a level surface. It works great. Will also need a lighting tool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PocketRocket2 Is A Little Belter *by O***F on 25 June 2017* I chose this stove based on many other reviews here on Amazon and I am glad that I did the necessary research first for what would be my first purchase of camping gear. Excellent product which is easy to use, very lightweight and comes in its own neat, little plastic case. I have bought the gas closer to home due to the cost of delivery (perhaps it has insurance costs due to it being a gas) but no matter. As for the stove itself, it is a cleverly engineered piece of kit with the pot rests maneuvered into position by simply lifting them from the side of the PocketRocket 2 and extending them. They automatically go to the right spot so there is no fiddling about with it. All in all an excellent product at a reasonable price. It was delivered within 2 days of purchase so very pleased.
