Peppermint Arvensis Essential Oil | 100ml

I used this to discourage ants coming in the house as a natural remedy. It worked an treat and I have to say, the house smells great too - added bonus. Great packaging, little goes a long way so value for money.

Smells very nicely. I used this to help get rid of the rats under my shed but that didn't work. Oh well. I'll keep trying in better drier weather.

Fantastic product. I have tried lots of other peppermint oils but I am yet to find one better than this, I always return to this product. I use it to deter spider/bugs from August-November. Used in an oil burner mixed with water. I also mixed with water in a spray bottle and spray the perimeter of our house.

Nice and strong - using neat on cotton wool by window as insect repellant. A few drops refreshes the whole room.

I just love this smell! When I had the start of a cold I mixed a few drops each of Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Tea Tree essential oils (all from Mystic Moments) and it was so lovely and refreshing. It cleared my airways and I could feel it in my chest all warming and cooling at the same time. I also used a couple of drops of this in my homemade toothpaste! In an oil burner it helps with headaches, nausea and concentration. Also supposed to be good as an insect repellant although we don't really suffer with lots of insects so I have no idea whether this is true. Peppermint essential oil has many other benefits like to help with cramps, back pain, IBS, circulation, rheumatism, mental fatigue and gum infections to name but a few (Each of these will need their own recipe, don't put it neat on your skin!), but I am unsure as to whether this brand is therapeutic grade due to the price and that it doesn't say it is. If you want to use it for these things then I would suggest you contact the supplier and find out because if it isn't you won't get the full benefit. But if you are just looking for a cheap oil for a starter and something to help with clearing your airways and something to smell refreshing in your oil burner then this is great and you don't need to spend more. Incidently, the oils it blends well with are tea tree and eucalyptus (as I mentioned above), lavender and rosemary. These are the ones I have tried but it also blends well with lemon, marjoram and benzoin apparently. This is a great oil to experiment with.

Bought this as it's supposed to deter mice as they can't stand the smell. Don't know if this is just not strong enough or my intruders have colds, but it has no effect whatsoever for this purpose

This is an intensely rich peppermint essential oil, and smells better than peppermint offered by some other brands. Clear crystals of menthol can be seen if this oil is stored at cold temperatures, and this is not a bad thing, because menthol is a chemical compound naturally present in quality peppermint oil, and plays a role in the overall peppermint aroma profile. If you ever see these clear menthol crystals, simply immerse the glass bottle in a cup of hot water, and you'll see that the menthol crystals will rapidly redissolve back into the essential oil.

Als Katze mag ich Minze. Weitaus weniger mag ich hohe Preise, die man schon Wucher – so heißt Nachbars Bulldogge – nennen könnte. Hier kosten 100 ml derzeit ca. 11 Euro. Das bezahlt man für annehmbare ätherische Öle schon mit 2, maximal 3 Fläschchen zu je 10 ml. Über die Pfoten gerechnet ist das hier ein echtes Schlecker-Schnäppchen. Wichtiger ist natürlich der Duft, und auch hier punktet das Produkt voll: Der vom Duftzerstäuber verbreitete Pfefferminzduft ist intensiv und anregend, ohne wie die künstlichen Parfümöle aufdringlich zu werden. Deshalb: Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits für dieses 100% ätherische Öl. Diese Qualität zu diesem Preis ist einfach nur Topp und ich werde es bestimmt immer wieder von meinem mir hörigen Zweibeiner kaufen lassen. I love this essential oil. It helps me relax and breathe well even during times that I have stuffy nose. Works well with insects too. Since I started diffusing this oil, I haven’t seen a single insect inside my room. I hate bugs so this is really good for me. I just finished my bottle and now off to order again, probably I’ll get lavender as well ^^ Thinking of trying spearmint too. Thanks for being reasonably priced, Mystic Moments!

j ai acheté 2X des coffrets avec une douzaine de flacons 10 ml cette fois je n'ai qu'une huile mais la qualité est bien au dessus des coffrets avec plusieurs huiles l huile est moins diluée que celle des coffrets donc je met 5 gouttes pour 350 mL d'eau déminéralisée dans mon brumisateur, contre 15 gouttes avec les huiles plus diluées des coffrets et le parfum est plus intense je ne dis pas que tous les coffrets comportent des huiles plus diluées mais les 2 coffrets a 25 euros que j'ai acheté précédemment avaient des huiles bien plus diluées et plus inefficaces pour parfumer une pièce c est donc un achat qui ramené au prix du flacon 10Ml est intéressant et permet une expérience huile essentielle au brumisateur intéressante

Originally purchased this as I have allergy & lung issues & could no longer use an exterminator. I read this repels insects & mice so I would put a few drops around. It seems to have helped. Also, I can not take inhaler medications due to side effects. I read peppermint oil helps so I bought a diffuser and have used the peppermint oil in it at night for a few months now. It is the winter so this is my worst time of year. I have always used a humidifier. Adding the diffuser with the peppermint oil has made a very big difference! I highly recommend this product.
