This leads me to believe the issue is with production management at the supplier. I've now started buying larger quantities when it is in stock to carry me over the periods of unavailability. **Q: Can the seller confirm what method of pasteurisation is used ( if any ) and how sure are we it doesn’t reduce the health benefits ?** A: Thank you for your question! The juice is cold pressed and there is used flash pasteurization (the juice is held 12-15 seconds at 70-80 °C, not boiled). Any type of processing reduces some of the benefits, however compared with other pasteurization processes, it is gentle and during flash pasteurization the juice maintains its color and flavor better. Also the juice preserves is health beneficial flavonoids. Kind regards, Ahto **Q: Does it contain sweeteners?** A: No sweeteners but after buying a few bottles I found out that it has been heat treated ,so no nutritional value at all! What a shame a superfood ruined I don’t understand why they do this. If anyone knows of a sugar free nutrient rich wild blueberry juice that’s been cold pressed only please let me know- this was an expensive mistake! **Q: Can this be used as a blueberry extract? - I am wanting to use it in very small quantities but I don't know if it will keep.** A: As long as you keep it in the fridge it should keep 6mos.
