Review: Great grips for steamdeck joystick - I have the steam deck OLED and these grips seem to work great for it! The grips appear to be high-quality you should last but I’ve only use them for about 10 hours, so we’ll see. I can appreciate that they provide two different types of grips, one concave and the other more rounded with a hexagon type pattern. There is a little neck to attaching these to the joystick, but once done they stay on really well. I can’t speak much to value, but they seem reasonable for the apparent quality, fit and function so far! I can’t think of any negatives, perhaps I’ll get a different color next time. Edit: I've been using this honeycomb pattern for sometime now, and I still like them alot, however I started to notice a little bit of slipping after long sessions. Cleaning the caps with rubbing alcohol every now and again, has helped.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very difficult to install but…

They’re very difficult to install but feel great once on. By the way, these will not snap on like shown in those “how to” videos. The trick is to turn them inside out, center them on the thumb stick then slowly turn them back over the thumb stick one small area at a time.. And because they’re so tight, they will not “dance/move” on the thumb stick so that’s a plus!! I haven’t had a long gaming session since installing them but they immediately made the thumb stick much more comfortable. I bought them mainly because I don’t like the surrounding ridge on the steam deck’s thumb stick and these have been providing adequate grip and comfort.
