**Q: do these help to reduce noise as well?**
A: I would think that they would since the ear canal is blocked when you use them. They have a tacky texture so dirt/hair/lint sticks easily.

Really easy to use and fab for keeping the water out. But you need to use something to hold them in-we used the headband and swim hat (as the headband was a bit big)
