**Q: Are these suitable for snowboarding? I get some nasty bruises on my knees when I have a bad fall, so am looking for something to absorb the shock.**
A: I would say so, yes. Having done a lot of snowboarding myself, I can say that more mobilty is necessary for the wrestling and judo that I use them for, thus I would imagine they would be very suitable for snowboarding.

**Q: Will these be any good for a carpet layer?**
A: No good for a Carpet layer .
The cushion foam to protect the knee will compress , leaving small protection in a short time

**Q: Suitable for volleyball?**
A: yes these would be suitable for volleyball as would be for most sports

**Q: The circumference around my knees is 15inches (38cm). So what size do I require please?**
A: Don’t buy them they went flat in less than 24hrs

Far to small and difficult to wear iover jeans or trousers but perfect if next to skin or extreemly thin leg covering. Very comfortable and unintrusive under trousers. A great buy
