I used it on top of my foundation to bake in my makeup - it blends really well with my complexion, stays on forever, doesn't discolour all day, smells nice. You can apply it with the attached puff or with a brush for more dewy finish. I also find it works well on my eye lids as eyeshadow base. I have two pots of powder now and neither have applicators why is this?** A: Yes, I too received this powder without the pad......useless as it is so I had to use the pad from the one that was in my old pot to make it useable, I did also apply it with a powder brush, that worked quite well, but that’s not the point, it should have been supplied with a pad.
