The delivery was excellent for this product. The packaging was very professional. The lip handle which you're suppose to squeeze before putting your lips inside to create the suction is veeeery dense and hard to squeeze so instead I would create my own suction by putting my lips inside and sucking air through my teeth sort of which worked very well. The results do not last very long. I had no bruising.
