Will they crease easily and therefore not provide a smooth surface for writing on?** A: The pockets are not flimsey, they do not crease, they stay smooth. I have been using these in nursery I don't think there could be a tougher challenge. the children love them and you are not wasting paper 5/5  **Q: How easy would it be to punch holes in these pockets for use in a ringbinder?** A: It would be easier to just buy a display book (£1 or more, depending where you buy it from) and put the pages there. This way you make your own wipe clean book, like I have, and replace the pages as needed. Less fuss than laminating too. **Q: Could the pockets hold thin workbooks or would that 'stretch' the pocket?** A: If they were booklet style (no hard binding but folded in middle)A5 size easily and could take a fattish A5 booklet, A4 size would need to be fairly thin as not much space at the sides to give. However, the sides are well sealed and so this makes them sturdy. Can take 20 sheets of A4 comfortably.
