They are oke,but if you use just for car, cheaper will be better!

How can I contact the seller? My usb stick stopped working after 4 weeks.

I read that the certified operating temperature range is from 0º c to 25º c. has anyone used this item at lower ambient temperatures (below -15c)?

Nope, but I have used them in warmer climates where the air temperature is +35º c. It does boot a little slower (Used it for newer MacOS, when I keep an older version on my main drive knowing that updating the OS would mean more hardware resources for operating system and less for productivity.
