They didnt upset my stomach. Also best to take them on an empty stomach with a little water and a vitamin c rich food like and an orange to increase absorption. Also, tea, coffee and diary, including eggs, can reduce iron absorption so avoid them for a couple of hours before and after a supplement or an iron rich meal. If you suspect youre anaemic, go to the doc and get properly tested rather than try to self-diagnose or self-medicate; it might be severe, in which case 14mg isnt going to be anywhere near enough.
