This is quick and easy to swallow everyday. The box is a 6-month supply and for this price I say it’s a steal. It has all the major vitamins and iron in the right amounts (100% NRV). As the picture shows , it’s small. The box is quite original, it’s thin and sleek. It might pop open if just left bouncing about in a bag but it’s small enough to fit in a pocket.

Easy to take, but can't say anymore as only just started taking them

It's been a week, so I can hardly say - how it has affected me. However, I like the product packaging and the fact that you get a 6 month supply for such a too good-to-be true price. It'd be great if the packaging stated, how and what methods are used for vitamin and mineral extraction. I did have a look at your website, and I really hope that this will change my body in a positive way.

This is the third purchase of this item, i am unsure if I have noticed a difference though as I started taking them after a lifestyle change. I started exercise eating better food choices as well as taking these. What I can say is though, since taking these December 2018 i have had one common cold and it lasted 3 days. I have had no flu, and no major infections, or illness. I cant be sure its these vitamins thats is keeping me healthy, but I'd like to think so because that why I buy them. I will continue to buy them, as you can't be too careful with your health, especially with covid 19 lurking!

Would not buy again better ones on market

First of all, according to the label these supplements provide a good range of vitamins, which is very positive. I feel that the price is also reasonable and overall these are a good vegan health product. However, while the contents are good the taste is a big turn off for me and this is complicated by the fact that while these are fairly small, the shape makes them difficult to swallow. Due to the iron I presume, these taste like blood and it is almost impossible to not taste this even when swallowing them quickly. However often I need multiple attempts to swallow these because of the awkward shape, so the taste lingers in my mouth. The shape is difficult to describe but is roughly spherical, however there is a flat band around the middle and the edges between this band and the domed areas either side creates difficulty when swallowing. This is coming from someone who usually does not usually struggle to take pills. My recommendations to make this a five star product include adding some kind of coating so that you don't immediately taste the iron and changing the shape to a smoother shape so that they are easier to swallow.

I have been taking these for a while now and find them easy to get on with every day. Flavour and odourless they are small and easy to take witha glass of water every morning.

I am really happy with them, I feel great and healthy. -value for money -easy to swallow -one tablet every day with food -good size I would definitely recommend the tablets and the seller. The package arrived on time and well packaged. I will be buying more to store in my cabinet.
