The machine is a piece of art. I read most of the reviews and was ready for it will drip but it doesn't and just works and looks great. So easy to use and clean. No problems so far. The only thing there were no gift capsules as promised but I bought some in advance, so it wasn't a real issue. Also it took me a while to figure out how to remove a water tank so it can be nice if the manufacturer will provide better manual about this specific part. Generally, very happy with the purchase and do recommend.

We bought this as we have just redecorated the kitchen and wanted a coffee machine that was a wee bit quirky. We have had a Tassimo for years and find the drinks really watery and never ever hot enough, even when we pre heat the cups with boiling water. We were really pleased with the quality and temperature of the drinks the Dolce Gusto makes and even more pleased with the £50 Web Credit we received when we purchased this model. It is super easy to keep clean compared to the Tassimo as you don't need to dismantle it or do a flush through when changing from coffee to hot chocolate. Guests to the house love a fancy coffee and it is so quick and easy to make them one.

I'm not really a hot drinks type of person and purchased this for my daughter who loves coffee/latte. However, I do like the odd hot chocolate and this has revolutionized that for me. I now look forward to going home and sitting down with my chocochino with a fluffy top. Easy to use, the drinks taste amazing and as it is automatic you don't need to worry about water levels. Just pop a pod into the machine and press hot or cold and you're good to go. If you are in doubt as I was about purchasing it, make that decision and go for it, it will be useful and not just gathering dust in a cupboard!!

So the machine is easy to use, it makes great coffee, easy to clean and looks great with the overall design! Down side would be that it doesn't make a full cup of coffee,you need extra pods for it...and it doesn't close back up once it's off you need to do that yourself, the price is a little much for this coffee machine as I expected from from it but over all a definite buy if you like coffee or if you have alot of guests, makes a perfect gift too.

Takes slightly more worktop space than anticipated, although I did check measurements before ordering. Apart from that very pleased with the machine, looks good and makes very good coffee. Large selection of coffee styles and other drinks available.

Been using this for about 16 months now and ITS GREAT! ABSOLUTELY GREAT! We drink more hot chocolates and coffee than ever before and the novelty still hasnt wore off. Now COVID has taken over we spend more time at home than ever and can still enjoy a fancy coffee in the morning so its a blessing really. It makes fantastic drinks is SUPER easy to clean and works just so so well. Stop reading my review and just GO BUY ONE!!!!

Had many gusto machines over the years. This one is so beautiful to look at. And still makes perfect coffee. Only thing I would change is the reservoir only holds a litre. Forever filling it up.

Bought one of these 2 weeks ago and have been working my way through some of the different types of pods. Have to say so far I'm disappointed. Previously I had a Tassimo and that made really nice Kenco americanos, good body and a decent froth. The Tassimo coffees that used a milk pod however were disgusting, too sweet and tasted artificial. The Dulce Gusto makes an ok Cappucino, the milk pod is acceptable. The Mochas I've tried are ok, but taste more like a weak hot chocolate. Its the Americanos that really have disappointed me however. So far I've tried two different boxes, Americano Intenso and Bold Breakfast Americano, and they are weak, watery, have barely any froth and taste like Nescafe instant. I think I'd return the machine if possible and go for a non pod machine, maybe I'll contact customer services... The positives are the machine looks great and a cool design, but if the coffees are not to my taste then that means very little. Btw, I bought the machine when reduced to £79, so I've given 5* for value for money as rrp is £100 more than that.

Impossible de la brancher sans adaptateur Un comble Faudrait quand même que le ou les fournisseurs lisent l’adresse De livraison En tout cas cadeau gâché Merci Amazon

J'ai reçu une cafetière avec une prise aux normes anglaises, pas utilisable en France, donc j'ai dû acheter un adaptateur (7,50€) pour pouvoir la brancher sur une prise standard, supplément à ma charge. Ce n'est pas normal que l'on vende un appareil électrique en France qui ne répond pas à la norme NF.
