Purchased per my MD for migraine prevention and since starting this & magnesium I have had zero migraines (was having 3/week). The first week the energy boost was amazing, that has evened out. The bottle says not to take within 5 hours of bedtime and I can attest that is true, I had a hard time falling asleep when I took late one day. I will continue to purchase.
