What kind of gloves should i wear, when using these cutting wheels with a dremel-3000, to cut the steel backpanel of dell dimension 8400 pc case?

OK, so you want to know what type of gloves will protect your hands if the dremel hit your hand? (the spinning disc that is designed to slice through sheet steel) Well, you are going to want gloves that dont exist. Steel mesh gloves worn by divers might help but I cant help but feel you are in more danger using a dremel with these gloves on, than being careful using the dremel.Sorry I cant help more.

does the kit have the mandrel in and does it fit any dremel

The mandrel is the click system and fits any click system cutting or grinding discs.Its worth every penny and actually works unlike most other products on the market.

Will these cutting disc's go through stainless steel?

Yes, with limitations. I have cut up to a 10mm 316L bolt but do not think this is best method - hacksaw would have been more efficient. I use mine on my yacht a fair bit. I would not try for heavier / more sustained work.

Will this cut screws. Have long screws dangerously sticking out, rather than remove & replace them with a smaller screw, I would like to cut ends off.

Using this kit I have cut screws with no problem. Dremel is one of the best tools I ever bought. I even have an attachment that enables me to sharpen my chain saw
