The magnetic platform is much better when trying to line up items to cut with a stamped item. **Q: does this platform replace the need for the solo thin die adapter for use with the Vagabond?** A: It covers both embossing & die cutting. Mine arrived with hinges broken, I just use it the way it is. **Q: how long is this platform?** A: I believe it is 6 1/2 wide by 13 long. I think this is my third...... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ really useful *by K***R on 29 October 2020* I ordered both the extended plates for the Sissix and the original sized plates, as I inherited the Big Shot from my mum and they had been really well used and were becoming a bit warped. Both sets of plates are really good quality and the extended plates seemed real value for money. I think they will have less chance o warping as I can move the dies around more, as Sissix advise, to prevent the plates from warping quickly.
