It worked and occasionally I twisted it too far and the end would fall off but I envied those trigger style attachments that the neighbours had. Over the years I worked up through the hose attachments and eventually I saved enough money to buy the top of the range model with ten different spray settings, adjustable water throughput and the essential bling stainless steel ring around the spray head designed to catch the light enough to let your neighbours know you'd made it to the summit of garden hose attachments. It was a good feeling. Eventually though it fell apart, the bling ring fell off, the trigger became temperamental and the day finally came when it no longer worked. After grieving for almost five long minutes I was on desertcart looking at replacement options but it was different this time. I was older, wiser and the bling thing and extra settings which I never used no longer seemed to matter. Does it really matter what the neighbours think I asked myself? No, I'm a grown up, I've been there, done that and had all the toys. Its now time to make the most sensible choice and buy the Hozelock Seasons Multi Spray Gun 2676 at a third of the price of the bling model. It does everything I need and with less features will probably be more reliable. **Q: Does this leak in all the seams like others do?**
A: 10 months and it leaks like a sieve. Leaks out of the head and goes all over your feet when washing off the car.

**Q: Is this good for watering the vegetable patch?**
A: As I don’t have a veg patch I can’t say ,but it waters my garden well

**Q: Am i going crazy ? how do i stop water flowing from the gun? ie stop wasting water between plants ? how is this done ?**
A: By releasing the trigger you instantly stop the flow of water. I wonder if you have accidentally left the red lever in the on position and that makes it flow continuously when you are watering. Try pushing the red lever up the way and that will take it off continuous flow. I have never had a problem with mine. Good luck

**Q: What is the little Yellow knob on grey handle for?**
A: that is part of the piston, the grey handle pushes against it pulling the piston open to spray the water.

I've bought a few of these over the years. Why you ask? Its a great product, top brand, does everything advertised. If left out in winter attached to a hose, come spring you notice a split in the seams. So remove it and store it in your shed or like me, you buy a new one every year!
