If you own the Air, then look at the sides at the back - is there a small rectangular slot about 6mm by 3mm - perhaps with a marking looking like a small padlock - if so then its likely to be a security slot. If you don't own one yet, then ask the shop/supplier if a Kensington lock can be fitted. It looks like the crimp on the looped end could be defeated by melting the wire's plastic sheathing with a lighter. Will deter a chancer, anyone determined will get past this lock in seconds.
