I am 57.Recently, I saw an infomercial for a corset and thought, "I wonder if a brace for my posture would help my incessant stiff neck?" I tend to hunch my shoulders. I checked Amazon for a back brace, read the reviews, and couldn't buy this item fast enough. I wore it for the 15 minutes I walked the dog on the evening it arrived. The next morning, I woke up with NO PAIN in my neck, back, head, or shoulders. For me, this is nothing short of a miracle since I have been waking up and taking ibuprofen most mornings for the last few years. Alignment is everything. This back brace is my answer for pain. I wear it for 20-30 minutes in the morning before I go to work, I wear it again for 20 -30 minutes in the evening. My preference it to wear it over my clothes. This means they will be tight and somewhat uncomfortable under your arms.But there is not better alternative. Therefore if you want to correct. your posture, get this and wear it.I got a more expensive version first that covered much of my back.
