We would usually both drink a cup at night about an hour or less before bedtime. We enjoyed restful nights with this routine. I gave 4 stars to the taste of the tea itself and the amazing packaged tea bags. The minus star is due to my experience with my trying to reorder. After adding the product to my shopping cart and checking to make sure it was in stock prior to that, the page indicated delivery date of 2 days after the final order/purchase. As with Amazon ordering, a final arrival date is usually sent with the confirmation of shipping. After a day or so, I then received my Order Confirmation email saying the tea would ship when the item was in stock. It seem a little deceptive to me to say something was in stock - if it really wasn't. I decided to cancel my order at that time. It's wonderful, it really is sweet and caramel-y, but not in an artificial or contrived way, if you will. I tried buying a bulk bag as a cheaper alternative, and no matter how dark I made it it tasted like nothing.
