Unsure how it works as a raw ingredient uncooked. Sorry can't be of anymore help... Now at the end of the day, if you have a sweet tooth - fudge is going to taste amazing, however you make it - but the batch I made with this, tasted better than any shop bought fudge I’d ever eaten. After making it for presents, the recipient even commented on how I should quit my current job and go into fudge making.
