Perfect for Homework out
This is a great workout bands. Perfect for home workout when you dont have time to visit a gym. I love that the bands comes in different resistance levels and in different colors. I also like that they don't slip - when used. A bit cheaper than others in the market. Overall, the quality of this product is great. If you're looking for resistance bands, this is worth to try.

Doesn't pull your hair!
Nice! Doesn't pull hair or pinch (I need to use them for physical rehabilitation).On the other side they are not as stretchy as rubber bands. Rubber bands allow larger range of motion
