This looks and feels highly professional, the strap is smaller than we had hoped but easy to use and manipulate around different areas like knees and shoulders. There are two packs one you could save or one hot and one cold. There is one snag, there are no refunds offered on this product. It should be highlighted very strongly before you buy but its not. The seller was very courteous and friendly in helping me get that refund considering we were not aware of the no returns policy, they were very helpful but just be careful before you buy. ### ⭐ Not Gel and uncomfortable squash sized frozen ball structure -useless *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2017* The ice I this pack is not of a gel consistency and does not hold well to any part of the bodyEven as a whole lower back ice pack it is too bulky and for smaller parts of the body - unusable.The Ice / Heat packs need to be gel .
