Like most sugar free syrups, it does have an artificial taste, but it’s definitely not as harsh or overly synthetic as many others on the market. I’ve tried quite a few sugar free syrups and ended up sticking with this one because it tastes better than most alternatives. That said, it can become too sweet if you use a lot, so a small amount works best.
