I was looking a large mat for workouts type Insanity by Shaun T, and I was struggling to find large enough mat. It is anti slippery so you can jump and run on it without issues.The material allows to be cleaned easily.You can even add another mat on top to add softness and to avoid noise, the top is pretty non slippery so you second mat won’t move too much.I’m doing 1m80 and there are no issues for doing push ups or jumping jacks on this mat, it is large enough.It comes with 2 strapping bands to be easily rolled and stored.After having tried different mat as clipping mats, this one is clearly made for hard workouts due to the anti slippery material and can also be used for softer exercises as yoga due to the large surface. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BRINGS NEW LIFE TO MY WORKOUTS *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 January 2018* I love this mat! Haven’t used it yet but after opening and rolling out the mat I can already tell it’s gonna be perfect. Bought for jumping rope on for a bit of cushion and to protect my ropes from the harsh concrete. Standing on it it’s got perfect firmness for jumping rope and the sleek material won’t slow the rope down at all, and it’s got plenty of grip with trainers on so it’s absoloutly perfect. I will be using it later on today so I will adjust this review if needed after use but I am extremely confident this mat is gonna meet every expectation and some.
